Please read carefully. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and RS33. Using the platform in any way — browsing, registering, depositing, placing a bet — means you have accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the RS33 platform.
1. Eligibility
The RS33 platform is available exclusively to users who meet the following eligibility criteria. You must confirm you meet these requirements before registering an account.
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. RS33 does not permit access to users under 18 under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any time.
- You must be accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by law. You are responsible for understanding the laws applicable to you in your location.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Each account is personal and must represent the individual who registered it.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an RS33 employee where platform activity would represent a conflict of interest.
- You must not have a prior account that was suspended or permanently closed by RS33 due to a breach of these Terms.
RS33 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements. Any balance in a non-eligible account will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with bets placed during ineligible use treated as void.
2. Account Registration
Each player is permitted one account on RS33. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
When registering, you must provide accurate information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information required during the registration process. Providing false information — particularly regarding your age — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
RS33 is required to carry out identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. This typically involves confirming your identity with a government-issued document. You agree to provide these documents promptly when requested. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is complete.
One person, one account. If RS33 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and any bonuses or winnings obtained through the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
3. Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on RS33 — whether on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports, or any other market — are subject to the following general rules. Individual market rules may add further conditions which are displayed at the point of placing the bet.
- Bets are final once confirmed. Once you have confirmed a bet and received a confirmation from RS33, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended. Review your selection, stake, and potential payout carefully before confirming.
- Odds are locked at confirmation. The odds shown at the time you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that bet. Subsequent changes to live odds do not affect confirmed bets.
- Minimum and maximum stakes apply. Each market has minimum and maximum stake limits. These are displayed in the bet slip. If your stake exceeds the maximum for a market, the bet slip will show the allowed maximum.
- Void bets. A bet is void if the event it covers is cancelled, abandoned, or results in a No Result ruling without an official outcome. Voided bets have stakes returned to your wallet. In accumulator bets, a voided leg is removed and the remaining selections continue at adjusted combined odds.
- Obvious errors. If RS33 offers odds that are clearly the result of a technical error or pricing mistake, RS33 reserves the right to void affected bets. This will be communicated to affected players directly.
- Live betting. In-play markets carry additional risk due to the speed at which odds and match situations change. Bets accepted during live play are settled based on the official result, not the state of play at the time of placement.
For cricket-specific rules — covering DLS method applications, weather interruptions, player withdrawal markets, and over-rate decisions — detailed rules are available within the betting section of the RS33 platform.
4. Casino and Slot Games
All casino and slot games available on RS33 — including live dealer games (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack), slot titles, and game show formats — are provided by third-party game suppliers. These games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that have been audited by the suppliers.
- Game results are determined by the RNG at the moment of play. RS33 does not influence or alter game outcomes after a session has started.
- Technical interruptions during a game session — such as a connection loss on your end — will be resolved based on the last confirmed game state recorded on the server. If the game completed before the interruption, the result stands. If the game had not been resolved, the round is typically cancelled and the stake returned.
- Each slot and casino game has its own Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which reflects the theoretical long-term payout rate. Individual sessions will vary significantly from the RTP figure — it is a statistical average across millions of rounds, not a guarantee for any particular session.
- Progressive jackpot games operate independently. Jackpot pools are shared across players on those game networks. RS33 displays the current jackpot value as provided by the game supplier.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
RS33 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum deposit requirements — which are published alongside that promotion. The general bonus rules below apply to all RS33 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- Wagering requirements. Most RS33 bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus balance or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion terms.
- Eligible games. Not all games on RS33 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets and slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
- Bonus and real money are tracked separately. Your RS33 wallet shows your real-money balance and bonus balance separately. Real money is used first when placing bets or playing games, unless a specific promotion requires bonus funds to be wagered first.
- One bonus per account per promotion. Attempting to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
- RS33 reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions. Active promotions may be ended or amended if RS33 identifies abuse, technical errors, or other circumstances requiring intervention. Players who have already met the stated terms of a promotion at the time of any change will not be affected retroactively.
Note on PSL and cricket promotions: During the PSL season and major international cricket events, RS33 typically runs cricket-specific promotions. These follow the same general bonus rules but may have adjusted wagering requirements or specific match conditions. Details are always published on the Promotions page.
6. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on RS33 — deposits, withdrawals, and in-wallet balance — are processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees for Pakistani players. Supported payment methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, and credit cards.
- Minimum deposit. Each payment method has a minimum deposit amount which is displayed in the deposit section of your RS33 account. Deposits below the minimum will not be credited.
- Deposit processing. Most deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast are credited instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
- Withdrawal eligibility. Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed. This is a one-time requirement once your account has been verified.
- Withdrawal to same method. RS33 processes withdrawals back to the same payment method used to make your deposit where possible. This is a standard security measure to prevent funds from going to unintended recipients.
- Withdrawal processing time. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes described in your account section. VIP and higher-tier players receive priority processing. Withdrawal times can also vary based on the payment method selected.
- Withdrawal of bonus-derived funds. Funds that originated from a bonus are only withdrawable once the associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Real-money deposits and real-money winnings from cash bets (not bonus bets) are available to withdraw without wagering conditions.
RS33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal request, particularly for larger amounts or if unusual account activity has been detected. This is a security measure for your protection.
7. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your RS33 account credentials, including your username and password. RS33 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
- Do not share your RS33 login details with anyone. RS33 support staff will never ask for your password through any channel.
- If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact RS33 support immediately so that your account can be secured.
- RS33 cannot be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of you sharing your account credentials with another person, or due to unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and recommended. Enabling 2FA adds an additional layer of protection to your account.
- Logging in from shared or public devices increases the risk of account compromise. Always log out completely when using a shared device.
8. Responsible Gaming
RS33 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time without needing to contact support.
- Deposit limits. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period before it applies. Decreasing a limit takes effect instantly.
- Session time reminders. The platform can notify you when you have been active for a set period of time, allowing you to make an informed decision about whether to continue your session.
- Self-exclusion. You can self-exclude from the RS33 platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. During a self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, and RS33 will not send you marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately.
- Reality checks. You can enable reality check pop-ups that remind you how long you have been playing and your net position during the session.
If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, please use the self-exclusion tools available or step away from the platform. RS33 is intended to be an entertainment service. It is not a source of income and should never be treated as one. All activity on RS33 is for adults aged 18 and above only.
Managing your play: Set a budget before your session and stick to it. If you've used your budget for the day, close the platform. Chasing losses is one of the most common ways a session becomes problematic. If you need help managing your play, the tools in your RS33 account settings are there precisely for this reason.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on RS33 and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, along with forfeiture of any balances connected to the prohibited conduct.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, influence game outcomes, or manipulate any part of the RS33 platform.
- Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or platform bugs to obtain an unfair advantage. Any profits obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
- Participating in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to exploit insider information or manipulate outcomes.
- Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, circumvent account restrictions, or obscure identity.
- Using the RS33 platform to launder money or conduct any financial activity that is illegal under applicable law.
- Providing fraudulent identity documentation during the verification process.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your RS33 account to another person.
RS33 monitors platform activity for patterns consistent with the above prohibited conduct. Where such activity is identified, RS33 will act decisively to protect the integrity of the platform and other players.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the RS33 platform — including the website design, logo, graphics, software, text, and game assets — is the property of RS33 or its content suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any RS33 content without express written permission.
Third-party game content (slot titles, live casino feeds, and other game content) remains the intellectual property of the respective game suppliers. RS33 operates under licence agreements with those suppliers to make the content available on the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
RS33 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain consistent availability and performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or free from technical issues at all times.
- RS33 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connection issues on the player's side, or technical failures outside RS33's reasonable control.
- RS33 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of expected profits from bets or games.
- RS33's total liability to any player arising from any single event or series of events is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the relevant transaction period.
- RS33 is not responsible for the content or conduct of third-party game suppliers, though we do work to ensure that the game providers we partner with meet acceptable standards.
12. Account Termination
Either party may close an RS33 account. If you wish to close your account, contact RS33 support. Any pending bets will be settled normally before closure is finalised. Verified real-money balances will be refunded through your registered payment method, subject to identity verification being complete.
RS33 may suspend or permanently close an account if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Your account shows activity consistent with prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
- You fail to complete identity verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
- RS33 has a legal or regulatory obligation to terminate the account.
Where an account is closed by RS33 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Genuine real-money deposits not connected to the breach will be returned.
13. Changes to These Terms
RS33 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, RS33 will notify registered players through the platform or via their registered contact details. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of this page.
Continuing to use the RS33 platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
