Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and a username and password of your choice. Your mobile number will be verified via OTP during registration. The whole process takes about two minutes. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

No. RS33 has a strict one account per person policy. Creating multiple accounts — even under different names or numbers — is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being closed. Bonus funds obtained through duplicate accounts are forfeited. If you have lost access to your account, use the password recovery option or contact support.

Use the Forgot Password link on the Login page. You will need access to the mobile number or email address registered on your account to receive a reset code. If you no longer have access to either, contact RS33 support through live chat and they can verify your identity through an alternative process.

You do not need to complete KYC to deposit and place bets. KYC is required before your first withdrawal. At that point, you will be asked to provide a government-issued ID — such as your CNIC or passport — to confirm your identity. If a match is officially abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result, all pre-match bets are typically voided and stakes are returned to your RS33 wallet. The specific rule depends on the competition and market type. For DLS-affected rain interruptions where an official result is declared, the result stands. Check the individual market rules for specifics — they are visible before you place the bet.

Responsible Gaming

Deposit limits, self-exclusion, and account controls

Log in and go to Account Settings, then find the Responsible Gaming section. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit in PKR. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit has a mandatory waiting period before it applies — this prevents impulsive increases after a losing session. There is no requirement to explain why you are setting a limit.

Self-exclusion closes your access to the RS33 platform for a minimum period of six months, or permanently. Once activated, it cannot be reversed early — not even if you contact support and request it. The minimum age to register and use RS33 is 18 years. This is verified at registration through your date of birth and may be confirmed again through KYC identity documents before withdrawal.
